    You can call the front desk to request a later check out time on the day of your departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on resort occupancy.

  • How old do you have to be to check-in?

    The minimum age for check-in is 21.

  • Is my ID/passport required at check-in?

    A picture ID, major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) and confirmation/hotel voucher are required at the time of check-in.

  • What are the hours of the front desk?

    The Grandview at Las Vegas is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Please call the resort to notify the staff of any late arrivals.

  • What is the size of this resort?

    The Grandview at Las Vegas features eight buildings with a total of 2,256 units. Buildings vary between 12-20 floors with elevators.

  • Is there a fee for parking at the resort?

    No. The Grandview at Las Vegas offers free parking for guests and there is 24-hour resort security throughout the property for your safety.

  • Can I park my RV at the resort?

    Parking of recreational vehicles/equipment is not permitted on the property. Please contact the resort directly for recommendations on available approved parking.

  • Are there any extra fees associated with the reservation?

    There is a $30.00 required Resort Fee collected at the time of check-in (one fee per reservation). It includes Wi-Fi, local transportation to the grocery store (see activity calendar for times), fitness room, activity pool, gas BBQ area, free HBO channels, access to the computer center, morning coffee (until 11:00 am), a 9-hole miniature golf (putting) course, board games, free local phone calls and use of in-room safes.

  • Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

    Wi-Fi is included in the Resort Fee.

  • Can I request a building or view for the unit I want?

    Special requests (room views, floor level, unit location, etc.) are accepted two weeks prior to arrival. Accommodations are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to The Grandview at Las Vegas owners, followed by Exchangers, but we will make every effort to honor special requests based on availability.

  • Can I request a handicap accessible unit for my stay?

    The Grandview at Las Vegas has designated suites that meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Please advise the staff of your needs when making reservations so that we can provide you with the best service.

  • Are extra beds or cribs available for small children?

    Rollaway beds and cribs are available on a first-come, first served basis. Charges may apply. High chairs are complimentary and based on availability.

  • Is there daily housekeeping?

    Guests staying five or more days receive a mid-week service consisting of trash removal, towels exchange and light tidy. Daily housekeeping is available upon request at an additional charge.

  • Is smoking permitted at the resort?

    No. As of May 2018, The Grandview at Las Vegas is a smoke-free property. There are designated smoking areas located outside of all our buildings.

  • Can I send packages to the resort?

    Guests may receive two complimentary packages for each reservation. Packages exceeding two will be charged $5 per package. Recipient must be registered guest w/photo ID & package tracking number to pick up. Packages are only accepted within three days of check-in & will be returned five days after delivery. We cannot accept oversized packages or packages weighing more than 25 pounds.

  • Is this resort pet-friendly?

    The Grandview at Las Vegas does not allow pets.
